If you write to us, the form sends your name, email address, organization if you give one, the topic you choose and your message. It’s delivered by email to ElutiMed’s inbox, elutimed@gmail.com, through Netlify, which hosts this site, and kept in the site’s Netlify account. With each message, Netlify also records the sender’s IP address, browser and the page it was sent from. We use it only to reply to you. To have a message deleted, write to elutimed@gmail.com or use the same form.

If you sign up for updates, the form sends your email address, delivered and stored the same way. It’s used only to send occasional updates on ElutiGLASS research and the company. Reply to any update, or write through the contact form, and it’s removed.

The site counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare says it doesn’t use cookies or local storage for this, doesn’t fingerprint visitors, and doesn’t collect visitors’ personal data.

Like any web host, Netlify receives the technical details a browser sends with each request, such as its IP address. It needs them to deliver the pages.

It sets no cookies, shows no ads, and carries no tracking pixels or social media widgets. Links to other sites open in a new tab, and those sites have their own policies.
